It’s my hotmail account I’m locked out of it ... I’m from Australia and currently in th USA on vacation I’ve tried the suggested fixes how ever no success can you assist

Yes I have a note book & mobile phone the account is blocked on both

I’ve done that along with my last 4 emails sent & the context to the sender
