Pearl I was having trouble getting on to my online checking account. Once I got in I was told to clear out my brouser because it might be full. How do I do that.

My computer is a Dell computer.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

It started when I was trying to get on to my online banking. Yesterday, I was trying to look at my settings in case I wanted to shut down facebook. I got in my settings and may have done something there that I didn't understand.

My bank was able to lead me into my online banking after I called them. So I am alright there now. Thanks
