Technician's Assistant: When did you last change the password ***** passcode to your device?

When I received it from QVC in the late fall '17

Technician's Assistant: Is there a Gmail address linked to your device?

Yes, however a technician has been trying to solve my problem and has the tablet. If you can help me I will get it today and be back in touch with you asap.
