We can't get it to delete anything - just like it freezes up. Also we need to renew our Microsoft account - we have a different credit card so you couldn't do it automatically

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Shutting it down - re-booting - about 3 days - we had some kind of video that would pop up and play everytime we logged on - we thought we had it deleted but maybe not

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?
