Cannot access my account...

Cannot access my account. Tried to reset password ***** when site asked for contact text or cell your site has the wrong number for my cell #. How do we correct this so I can get back to access. Am in the middle of creating a birthday card for my sister.

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

My phone works fine....you have the wrong last two digits. Perhaps my error at some point, but worked fine yesterday and last week.

Earlier in day 3/25/18 even accessed to the card going in to modify. But would not recognize the password ***** have used several times in last week.

Device in question not my smart phone rather my desktop and am at work now so no access to it till home.

Problem solved on my end. Was a problem with desktop connection. Thanks. Hope this ends my chargeable time with you. I assume I will just be charged for the initial minimum.
