I’m trying to access my email I’m using an iPhone

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I don’t believe so. I’m trying to unlock my iPhone I want new service. I don’t have any service now. So I am using my friends phone

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I don’t know.

They told me to go to att/device unlock. I did. I got some sort of confirmation number. Then they emailed me the rest of the steps But I can’t access my email
