I've 4 times to receive apple id confirmation number and it won't send to me, any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Just now... it's actually my 82 yr old dads but he wants me to down load games on his phone

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

That i didn't know about i just created new

Will that send me to mac person, i don't have a mac puter

it's saying the email is wrong. i just set it up, i know what i typed. just to make sure i tried his old email in case it didn't take and it's still saying it's wrong. is it usually this difficult to navigate?

Are you trying to get into the account you just made? And did you put the phone number in to recover the account

i'm trying to get the confirmation to an account i just set up. the email acct that the phones says it's going to be sending it to is correct, it's just not sending it i guess. where are you talking about the phone number is *****?

i have the phone right here and i'm talking to you on a puter. there are 2 possibilities for old email accounts***@******.*** and***@******.***

Ok it showing that neither one of those are a apple ID

I've gone through the set process but i guess nothing's been completed, so should i just start over? I've done everything but the confirmation code and that's because it hasn't sent me one. I did the email, password, security questions and the credit card info, then got stopped.

Ok we better set up a call with apple in that case. I will need some information to set up the call

Yes you can do it how ever you want. But if you already started . there is just some small change that needs to take place. and apple will be able to assist with that. they have account information

no, I received the confirmation code, input and the computer told it was all good but when I tried it on his phone it still says bad sign in info and there was still no email at the top of the settings page on phone. I’ve left and gone home. I’ll try again another day..... thanx for all you’re help ��

just wanted to let you know; I went on the puter and just created new from scratch and received the confirmation code in spam. now all is well. Thanx for all your patience and help.
