Have not used pc for about a year...too frustrating. Want to give to friend, cannot open. Tried every password ***** have ever used

Windows 10 and outlook

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your laptop? Have you installed any updates recently?

Have had it parked, unused for about a year. Tried all my go to passwords, including the one for the hotspot on my tablet.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I had such trouble using this that when my school gave us apples to use I gave up on this.
