Access to our account...

Access to our account was suspended several weeks back because somebody had been using it to send junk mail. We never send junk mail.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

We use no devices other than this desktop computer and a cell phone.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I am not sure about the security questions but I think so. Our house phone is(###) ###-####

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
