Good evening! This message is fake, and we should be able to get around it by force-resetting your iPad. Please try this:

  • Press and hold both the Home and the power buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.


Once your iPad has rebooted, please try using it and let me know whether the issue is resolved (because we'll keep troubleshooting if not!).

Just to confirm: you are saying your iPad did reboot successfully, but is still having an issue? ...or did it not reboot?
