I am trying to connect my husband's email account to outlook and can't seem to make it work.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Outlook?

I'm not sure how to do that separately from the regular computer updates. You will have to forgive me but I'm not really tech smart on some things.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Outlook?

I tried to add an account. We have a Comcast (Xfinity) modem that connects all of our computers.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I am using Microsoft 7 I believe.
