I have a Microsoft book. When I return to work and attempted to turn on the book nothing happened. The power source is lite up but the only key light working is the function key. I push start and nothing happens
JA: What Microsoft model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: I have no idea --- it is a three year old unit.
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: JUst happened today

Customer: I tried turning on with the start button. I removed the screen and reset it -- and turned on but nothing happened
