Can you please provide me with a little more info about what part of Microsoft you are trying to update the card with?
Is this for your Microsoft Office 365 account? Or a different area of Microsoft.

Microsoft has plenty of branches that require purchasing or subscriptions, so I want to verify this to make sure I get you the correct set of instructions to update them.

Sorry, but I don't have an answer for your question ! My program is Microsoft 10. I received about 8 Notices that I owed money to Microsoft but they could not use my old Credit Card because I had cancelled it and obtained a new one. So Microsoft placed me on their no service list. Doe this help any?
