I am having a problem with my computer. It is extremely slow. I have tried everything and then I called comcast and he told me to get ahold of you. I hope you can help me.

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

My computer.

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

The Brand is HP but I don't know the model.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

It started yesterday. I have shutting it completely four different times. When I restart it, it is really slow and then it pretty much just stops working.
