JA: What Lenovo model do you have?
Customer: I don't know. Where should I look for the info?
JA: The Smartphone Technician will be able to walk you through that. What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Moto?
Customer: Android.
JA: How long has this been going on with your Moto? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It started today, I think. I have tried installing the latest Android update, have looked in Device Help. The problem is that when I try to send a text message the message doesn't get sent and I get a message saying "Message Blocking is active"
