Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Pavilion? Have you installed any updates recently?

That I know of I was just working looking on the internet and it said I had a emergency alert that my firewall had been busted through and and I can't couldn't get anywhere I called the number ending in 411 and 4 1 1 1 and they went through it took control of my computer and now I can't get on at all they want $119 to fix it I'm at my computer says the Doss page says C windows system32 with my cursor going so what do I do next help me

Do not call them or allow them to access your computer. They are fraudsters. Microsoft or any other well reputed companies never call you and do such things on your computer.

It seems you alreaqdy gave them access and they did some thing. Anyway, type Exit on that C:\Windows\System32> screen and press Enter. Let me know what happens then.
