I have tried to reset my password. Problem: My e-mail changed from that shown in ;your records. Formerly***@******.*** to***@******.***. what to do?

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Not sure. I think it is outlook

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None. I use computer mostly to play bridge. I have used same password ***** got it in dec. 2016. Suddenly it won't work.
