Hi, having some issues with my lenovo ideapad battery, it's plugged in, but not charging.

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

I have the Lenovo Ideapad 320

Technician's Assistant: What Lenovo model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

It is the windows 10,

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Only for a few days, I have done some screen options with different modes and such, tried changing the plug in sites

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

That's it, I know that using Firefox apparently uses more battery time, and Explorer uses less, but am down to 94% battery life at the moment.
