I can not uninstall google chrome and reinstall. Every time I try to get into chrome, it opens up a blank white page.

I sent this computer to dell to have it repaired because something happened that wasn't allowing the screen to come on 3 weeks ago last Friday I wasable to get back into my computer but now chrome doesn't work
