Repeatedly I received a message to upgrade the Microsoft 10. Twice I have downloaded the version 10 but then get a message that some error has occurred and that it won't upload. Error code: 0x80070002

Cody, If you are able to help me, please respond. Microsoft tech support says that my HP Envy 23 all-in-one no longer supports a driver for Windows 10(?????) . The tech said I needed to "get a new driver" from HP. I was sent to the hp website where I went through all sorts of directions to download drivers. I'm still getting same message on our computer ("Windows will no longer function after April 10th")

I've already paid $47 dollars yesterday and didn't connect with an agent. I, again, just paid $39 by paypal a few minutes ago and STILL can't make a connection. Please help!
