This will help me know where to instruct you to look for the switch you need.
Also to clarify, are you referring to enabling the internet on this device? You should have a home modem/router. Then the laptop should connect to those using a Wireless network name and password.
Please let me know further info and we can continue troubleshooting.

Lenovo laptop. The laptop doesn't recognize the home router.

Thank you, ***** ***** the link for remote support. Start this on the laptop. Yo may have to plug into the home router to get internet while we do this, until I can get the wireless issues fixed for you.

I can not download as I have no internet access.

Ok, what you will need to do is to plug the laptop directly into the router using an Ethernet cable. (looks similar to a phone cable and plugs the laptop into the router for internet. At that time you will have internet and we can finish the session connection.
