I placed an order to Boulevard92.com ..pay pal paid them 2/20/2018 $23.95. they have not sent any product or answered my inquiries so i,m requesting a refund from pay pal.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update PayPal?

Not long age as i received a notice a week ago.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your PayPal?

Nothing.. your notice stated 180 days to dispute is there something else I should have done?
