I am a past member and a past DNA customer. A few days ago I got a trial membership in order to look a my family tree. But now I can not sign on and can not seem to reset my password. Please help.
JA: What device or product does this involve?
Customer: See my recent message to you.
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Windows 10.
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Two or three days. My temporary new membership was supposed to last for 10 days and it has only been 4 or 5.
JA: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.
