Not able to open facebook account on phone, tablet or computer. Tried to resent password (forgotten) and will not send code.

Technician's Assistant: When could you last open your Facebook?

Two weeks ago

Technician's Assistant: Did you recently update your software or Operating System (OS)?

Just did. Only the phone. Samsung just bought. Updated settings, This facebook page that we're having trouble with is my wife's.
