After a recent windows update my computer automatically restarted. I had reset my password ***** forgot my new password. My phone # is 1(###) ###-#### and I am in the EST (upstate NY).

How can you connect remotely with my computer when I can't activate it with a local password? And, the instructions for reviving my system using the win7 startup disk was brilliant and hopefilled, but I could not gain access using it (because it wouldn't load/run).
I will try to find another win7 startup disk and if i can and if it loads and runs (as hoped) i will follow your instructions and contact you. Thanks again!
