Nothing with my phone...

Nothing with my phone, but it seems you banned me for being a fraud. Couldn't get into my old account because I used AOL at the time many years ago. Changed phones and couldn't remember the password, so I created another account. Next day I was banned and friends told me even my previous sccountvwas wiped. How can I create a new account with this number?
