I called what I thought...
I called what I thought was a reputable company to get help with a software upgrade for Reimage. I ended up being in contact with a company called Premium Techie
Support and they installed some additional software and fixed some issues.Then I started having trouble with my printer so I contacted HP through a chat window. They referred me to a company called Excel Software Services. They installed Rensomware Defender software.I seem to be having more issues now and I'm afraid to contact either source. Any suggestions?

Central. I have a laptop and a desktop so how would you connect to those?

I am on eastern time. I can be available tomorrow anytime between 6pm-11pm eastern time. I will provide you a easy to type website.

On those computers just open the browser and type in the website. I will then be able to connect.

Thanks for checking back with me. The computer seems to be running just fine. I do have a few more questions/concerns. Should I be worried if there are errors and warnings in the Event Viewer?Also, on my main computer I can't use Microsoft Edge. Every time I open it I can't type anything in the search bar. I've tried updating it and resetting it but nothing changes.Then, on my laptop I'm getting Microsoft error 0x8007652 when I try to update windows 10.
