Well backm on 2/24/18 I purchased Norton delux program one of your tecks went into my computer to install progrsm for me and took out WINDOWS program the computer hasent worked since then I would really like a teck to call me as im not fast on typeing

Sure. There should be an option called SECURE REMOTE ASSISTANCE. You may have to contact your bank to allow the service as it appears it did not go through
