I am being asked to install the updates to MICRO 10 and cannot get the process started.

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

Lenovo tower computer

Technician's Assistant: What Lenovo model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

Believe my operating system is 10 (I do not know more) and all I see as to Model on front is Intel core 15.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

Tried to follow instructions this morning. Admittedly, the last update was in early January and I skipped a couple of warnings to update. Is this a major problem?

in firefox press ctrl J

then open elsinore file
