Hello,

Thank you for your question today. My name is ***** ***** I am happy to assist.

What we will want to do first is to run some virus scans to see if you are infected, and get the infection cleaned. After the computer is showing clean, then we can check software and repair or reinstall if needed.

I would recommend a remote session so that I can get in and run virus scans and assist with verifying that the PC is completely clean.

If you want to attempt this yourself I will supply links to some free virus cleaning software below. You can run full scans on these pieces of software to verify the infection has been handled.

After these both come back clean, I would recommend rebooting. Then testing software. If software is still not working, you will want to attempt a reinstall, since the virus may have altered data files.
