Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

From my husbands email accout. The one he has used for 8 years alread

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

IDK he just got a new computer.... Maybe. I'm not there. How would I fix that?

Technician's Assistant: The Email Technician will be able to walk you through that. Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

No... would it be better if I was at the business computer....Its a new HP slip desktop. Ugh... never thought of that
