To fix your yahoo email account password, we need to send a code to his gmail email address for account verification. Can we do that now?

i went to my yahoomail app and there's no key icon. only my mail w/ three lines in the upper left

In your yahoo mail app, tap on the 3-bar icon (or 3-dot icon; that's menu), and scroll down as needed, then see if the key icon shows up, thanks.
