Computer not connecting to internet correctly says wifi adapter disabled

Technician's Assistant: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?

I do not know that is what my computer is telling me to do don't know if i have one

Technician's Assistant: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?

All the lights are on blue wifi blinking

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Network Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that when i am using the computer i lose my connections when in under my wfi and it said it was disabled and i enabled it to get it back

Lets try a hard reboot first please> Sometimes this is caused by a glitch in the firmware and can be resolved by a forced reboot, other times it is due to failed hardware, if it is a glitch then your computer will work normally again.

Try these steps please> Press and hold the power button down for 60 seconds. Then try powering on normally by pressing the power button for a couple of seconds. Then wait for it to reboot and try connecting to wifi please.
