I am still having the same problem u have not fix

we have updated everything, if only thing that is wrong is keyboard now. We'll need to try a different keyboard.

if you have already tried different keyboards and usb ports, you would probably need to reload everything would be the next step

when I was connected the response was immediate which makes me believe its a hardware issue

Well how do we FIX that

you would need to backup everything first

then we can try to do a Windows restore within Microsoft, however if that doesn't work we would then need to burn a Windows 10 dvd and restore from that

Well the only thing I have on the hard drive is quick books I can call them and have that reinstalled will that work

this will remove all programs and files

go to start menu > settings > update & security > recovery > reset this pc > get started > remove everything
