I had no trouble with Skype until you took it over some time ago. Now I can't get on to it.

Why can't you fix it by signing me up as a new customer? Wouldn't that be easier than the roundabout I'm on now? Sorry, I don't mean to be rude, you are doing your best ... but it's very frustrating. If I have a problem with anything else I'm put through to India or the Philippines and its all fixed so quickly.
