I have windows 8...when I start up laptop how do I get the START screen. Ive moved and need to enter the new wireless connection.

Inspiron 15 Dell

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Inspiron? Have you installed any updates recently?

NO...the computer has been off and idle for over two years.
