part of the problem is that in device manager i don't have have the realtek audio and in other devices base system device and wi max bus eumerator have like a warning symbol

You will need to go to Sony website and download and install the correct drivers. Seem to somehow got the wrong drivers for the audio installed. May have be install in an update

If it has the warning symbol beside the audio in task manager then something is faulty about the driver or the install
