You just upgraded my windows 10 on my laptop, and now my password ***** no longer log me on

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your X200M? Have you installed any updates recently?

I have not installed any myself, but I think that Microsoft upgraded my Windows 10, because the last time I logged in, I got the message not to shut off my computer that it was updating.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

You understand that I am chatting with you on my desktop. I cannot log onto my laptop. I don't understand what you mean by "before I connect you"
