Microsoft did a security update while I was asleep. They tell me that you (H-P) need to update my computer's drivers to make my computer compatible with windows 10. Can you help? My computer is h8-1032

Please remove the Power cord from the wall socket, when the computer is ON. Then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Then, wait for two minutes. After doing the same, reinsert power cord, and turn on the computer.

Check if the keyboard is working fine and you can login.

Please connect the cord properly and try restarting again.

Do you get any response from the computer while trying to boot it up? Like the fan blowing or power LED?
