My emails stay in my outbox and I can not send them

Technician's Assistant: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?

I am receiving an error message

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?

Perhaps AVG antivirus. I don't know about the firewall settings

Also I am trying to Google to come up and stay as my browser.

So you are able to get in to the email and also can receive it but cannot send it. Also you are getting an error "Finding the host" when you check your outbox, right?
