Hello. I hope I have reached the right party. I bought a computer from QVC. I tried contacting pc support, no avail. My computer is running very slow and I get a blue screen on certain websites.

Hello,

My name is ***** ***** I can assist you. You may have some malware, spyware, and or viruses on that computer. I would run a virus scan on that computer.

If you do not have any anti-virus software, I can link to some free software. Also, I recommend downloading and installing Superantispyware. This software is free.

Make sure to install any available updates before running a scan with Superantispyware. Superantispyware will scan for malware and or spyware. Finally, you could download Ccleaner free version to clean up cache, temp files, etc.

Please run a Clean and Registry scan with Ccleaner. Let me know if you need additional help with those programs.
