I’ve lost my mail password

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

Not yet. I have two email systems that came with my purchase. There are two icons, one red, that my server provided (SFR.frj and a blue icon which looks like a folded envelope. It’s the blue icon that won’t work, because when I try to send or receive an email, I get a message that says “Cannot send or receive emails”. So where do I go from here? The red icon works OK.

I have a home phone (fixed). And a cellphone.

No....I just want the use of my blue icon email. I am using an IPad Air 2, updated recently..
