There are three personal accounts. 1. Acc in my name only. 2. Account in my mother and my name. 3. Savings account in above names. He(son)asked her to cosign with him a BUSINESS loan. I pay all bills and mom and I live on these personal accounts. Dad passed away two years ago Feb 22nd. Everything has been put in my name after mom goes to be with dad.
