Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Aspire?

I only used the c d Rom once to load a Photo programme The cd rom no lowindows 10nger works and I am not sure What to do

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Aspire? Have you installed any updates recently?

I do not install updates but Microsoft does usually during the night time hours
