Trying to get into my outlook account,***@******.***. Have forgotten my password ***** have never used the account before. Help is required.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?

I don't know, I have not personaly logged into the account.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

If I do I cannot remember them, in fact I don not remember having created the account, but I am trying to install a program on another computer on which I have administrative authority.but through another account.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

The password ***** be stored in the registry of the computer if you're using Windows

From your computer click the following link:

Then click Join your session -->

And run (open) the program that gets downloaded Elsinore.ScreenConnect.Client

Once you've done that, minimize this browser window and look for a smaller box on the desktop then click Run.
