I am unable to place an order. I have been emailed that I do not have an account. My attempts to open an account have failed.

you would have to have an account to get a temp password

try signing in rather than creating an account. that is use the option for 'already have an account" or "sign in" rather than create account.

use your email address as the ID and the temp password ***** the password.
