There are a few different ways to get into your Windows laptop depending on what type of account

you have on it. Local or microsoft.

When you put in your password ***** and over do you get a GO TO MICROSOFT ONLINE message

when it errors out?

Is it connected to the internet at this time and you can confirm this?

(if it isn't, it will have a red X or some type of 'not connected icon' through the little tv icon on your login screen)
