I'm sorry about the issue, please try a hard reset by following the steps below :

Important : A hard reset restores the original factory settings and will delete your personal data on the internal storage, such as downloads, ringtones, images, apps, contacts, and videos. It does not delete data stored on the SIM card or SD card.

  • Power the device off.
  • Slide the keyboard open.
  • Press and hold the Power button+X key simultaneuously until the Recovery screen (exclamation point with an android figure) appears.
  • Slide keyboard closed then simultaneuously press the volume up+down keys.
  • Press Volume down to select wipe data/factory reset the press the Power button.
  • Press Volume down to select Yes -- delete all user data then press the Power button.
  • Ensure reboot system now is selected then press the Power button.
