I have been trying to change over my Apple iTunes account to a different email address. I have an iMac, iPhone and iPad

How To Change Your Apple ID Email Address

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com, click Manage Your Apple ID, and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Click edit to the right of your email address under the section called Apple ID and Primary Email Address.
  3. Enter your new Apple ID email address.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Check your inbox for a email called “Verify your Apple ID.” from Apple and click Verify now >.
  6. Log in on Apple’s website to complete the process.

how long is it suppose to take to get a verifing email?

not there either...i am sure i am doing something stupid but i just don't see what it is....maybe i need you to take control of my screen to fix it

In order for me to remotely connect, you must download and install this program.
After it is installed, run the program and tell me the:
-ID
-Password

I was disconnected again.
The Apple ID has been changed, that only happens after the account has been verified.

So the account is verified and good to go

My iPhone and iPad should be ok now?

You may have to go to your settings on the iPad and iPhone to change the Apple ID associated with the device, but yes they will work.

on iPad my iCloud shows a picture but underneath it shows my old email address....i have to figure out where that is coming from

Try signing out of iCloud on the iPad then sign back in with the new email.

It should be working on the iPad as well.
