I got an error...

I got an error notice from Microsoft saying that there are errors with my password, but I cannot fix it online through the Microsoft system.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

I am not having any trouble with anything, but I keep getting the message saying that there are problems with my password.

Technician's Assistant: What Microsoft model do you have? And the Operating System (OS)?

It is a Dell Insper

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

It is a Dell Inspiron computer that I bought in Jume of last year

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your Inspiron?

This message has been appearimg for a couple of weeks and I have not tried anything. I don't know, I am not a computer geek

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Inspiron? Have you installed any updates recently?

I have not installed any updates.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

The computer is working fine except for that message. I do not want to talk to any foreiners about this issue. They usually want a couple of hundred dollars to fix your problem.

It judt appears in the lower right hand corner of my monitor when I put in my security humber to start the home screen

It does not ask m for a password, it just says that my password ***** to be repaired or fixed/
